BIOGRAPHY

Hi! I’m Maggie, CrossFit Saguaros newest Nutrition Coach!

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and a WAG (Working against Gravity) Certified Nutrition Coach. I am thrilled to be joining this community and can’t wait to share my knowledge and experience with the members of CrossFit Saguaro!

I have worked in a lot of different areas of nutrition since becoming an RDN in 2009. I have experience working with clients who have chronic illnesses, history of eating disorders, and your regular CrossFit athlete.

I am passionate about helping people learn to love food and their body. EveryBODY is different, and creating a personalized nutrition program is what I plan to bring to the members of Crossfit Saguaro. Whether you want to learn how to count macros, practice intuitive eating, train for a competition, or just build better lifestyle habits, I can help with that. 

Here is what you can expect to when working 1:1 with me:

  • minimum 3 month commitment
  • Initial 1-2 hour interview/phone call session that will go over your food/medical history. I have a specific client questionnaire that helps me get to know you a little better and helps me to focus on what your goals are. 
  • Creating a specific nutrition plan based on your goals
  • Weekly 1:1 phone call (about 30 minutes depending on specific needs)
  • Email/phone access to me for questions M-F 8am-5pm
  • Access to InBody measurement tool, if desired
  • Last but not least, the opportunity to do something great for yourself, and have your own personal cheerleader!
